Russell- Managing Director
Russell Corfield
Russell heads the team at Russell Corfield Refrigeration and Electrical Ltd since it first started trading under R Corfield Electrical in 1990, changing to its current trading name in 1995. Sharing his management skills and experience, Russell sees his role to support his team and ensure it acts as a single unit. This he believes, is the most effective way to provide the level of service required and expected by his clients.
Russell continues to maintain a "hands on" approach to his work, which allows him to understand his client's issues and yet be practical about solutions. Continual training and implementation of new techniques and improved electronics has allowed Russell to develop and install sophisticated monitoring, control and alarm equipment for orchard frost protection pumps. Refrigeration plant control systems have also benefited from these developments.

Haylee
Haylee has joined the team in 2020, coming on board to support the growth of the business alongside Russell. After 16 years in the UK, Haylee is looking forward to using her expertise to expand the systems and processes within the business. Having managed teams in multiple countries to deliver Digital Marketing Projects throughout the UK, Nordics, Sub-Saharan, Caribbean and MENAT regions with a FTSE100 company she looks forward to using her skills to take the business to the next level.

Vicky joined the admin team in late 2019 and supports the business in all aspects of accounts and billings.

Malcolm is a fully registered electrician and has become an integral part of our team by getting involved with all sectors of our wide and varied duties. His niche is orchard monitoring and alarm systems specialising in Harvest repairs and installations. |
REFRIGERATION DIVISION Jason
Jason - Refrigeration Engineer
Jason joined us early in 2016 and has quickly become an asset to the company. Jason has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to air-conditioning units and installations and is currently the sole refrigeration Engineer, apart from Russell himself. |
